Return Policy

If, for some strange reason, you need to return your MegaMac order, here's how to do it.

How to start your return:

Within 14 days of receiving your order, email us at support@megamac.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you'd like to return
  • Return reason
  • A few images of the product (these allow us to speed up processing time once your return arrives back with us)
  • Whether you’d like a replacement or refund

After receiving your return request, we’ll respond within 48 hours with everything you need to return your order, including a prepaid label. A £4.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount that covers the label cost. You can return your order via your own suppling service but please note, we can’t take liability for parcels shipped using services other than our own.

For EU customers: prepaid return labels are currently available for Germany only. If you’re returning an item from another EU country, you’ll need to arrange your own return shipping.

Products must be returned in perfect condition with all seals and original packaging intact. Once your return reaches our warehouse, processing usually takes 10–14 business days (yep— we know it's slow, we're working on it). After that, we’ll contact you to confirm your refund or replacement.

We will refund all costs you paid for the product excluding delivery costs. A 15% deduction may be added if the item has been handled beyond what’s necessary, including damaged packaging or any wear affecting the product’s value.


Faulty Products

Within 30 days of delivery:

If a product develops a fault, you’re eligible for a full refund (including delivery costs) or a replacement.

After 30 days:

You can return the item for a repair or replacement. You'll need to send it back to us, and we’ll cover the cost of sending the repaired/replaced item back to you. Whether we repair or replace depends on the nature of the fault.

After 6 months:

You’ll need to prove that the fault was present at the time of delivery. If confirmed, the product can be repaired or replaced under the same terms as above.
