Where do you ship from?

If you’re based in the UK, your order will ship from our UK warehouse. If you’re based in the EU, it’ll be sent from our German warehouse.

Do I need to pay any duties/additional taxes?

The price at the checkout includes all charges. You will not pay any additional duties or taxes.

I don’t see my country at checkout. Can I still order?

Contact us and we’ll let you know if we can make an exception to deliver to your country.

What does backorder, special order, pre-order, built to order mean?

We’ve explained all of that right here.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK and all European countries.

How do I get a VAT invoice?

Contact us after you place an order and we’ll email one to you.

How do I make a return?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you'd like to return it. Follow the returns process detailed on the Returns & Refunds page.

Can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email confirmation from us after you place an order, and an email with tracking details once it’s dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

Collection isn’t available at the moment.

Can I place an order without EU VAT?

Contact us with your VAT number, Company name, billing and shipping address, and the item you’d like to purchase and we’ll check whether a VAT-free purchase applies to you. At the moment we can offer 0% VAT reverse charge to EU customers except Germany. We're registered for VAT in Germany and the United Kingdom.
